Haryana government moves Supreme Court, seeks end to blockade by the agitating farmers

A big development has now come in with respect to the farmers’ protest in Haryana. Massive chaos was witnessed yesterday when the farmers protested outside ML Khattar’s residence and engaged in clashes with the police personnel. It is now being reported that the Haryana government has now moved the Supreme Court. A plea has now been filed in the Supreme court, seeking the removal of the farmers and an end to the ongoing blockade. The plea is now demanding to call these 43 farmers’ organizations to the court and put an end to the blockade. Times Now’s legal editor Harish Nair brings the details.
